Position Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday - NO WEEKENDS!
Exotic Automation & Supply is looking for a Parker Store Trainee to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Traverse City location!
In this role, you will be trained to perform all Parker Store Customer Service and Warehouse Operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, opening/operating/closing the store, assisting customers in person and over the phone, entering orders into business system, reviewing/pulling/preparing/packaging/shipping orders, and ensuring all other general store operations are performed according to procedures and policies.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• High School Diploma (required).
• Previous customer service work experience (retail environment preferred).
• Basic PC skills (MS Office and POS/Business System).
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
• Mechanical aptitude a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License.
