Normal Work Hours and Days: Normal work schedules are 12-hour days, seven days a week. Days and hours vary based on project schedules, locations and workload. Mandatory overtime based on seasonal workload and remote work settings.

Summary:
Provide parts and supplies for all AAP Equipment Department and personal.
Essential Functions:
- Provides needed support for AAP Equipment Department
- Maintaining inventory system
- Track inventory and critical parts on spreadsheets.
- Answering phone, relaying messages, and sending/receiving emails.
- Receive, unload and load parts
- Willing to assist mechanics with finding ordering and pulling parts needed for equipment repairs.
- Track and order Parts, oil and other job related consumables.
- Stock Parts on shelving
- Other duties to include, but not limited to, tracking orders, Operation of some equipment such as front end loaders, fork lifts and zoom boom.
- Assist in preparing various reports on various activities and projects.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
- Expediting parts and supplies for the shop, office, and projects.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function and preferably can also perform other tasks satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum:
- A valid driver license
- 5 years’ experience in parts purchasing in highway and off highway equipment
- Warehouse experience
- MSHA certification
- Knowledge of and the ability to use a computer and general software procedures to record and track data.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in writing.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate verbally with others.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to meet work schedules with dependability and consistency.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise good judgment in prioritizing and carrying out duties.
