Come join our team and help provide a great tolling experience for our client, North Texas Tollway Authority. We offer paid training. We are currently conducting over the phone interviews for:

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

LOCATION: 4120 International Pkwy, Suite 1100, Carrollton, TX 75007

IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW: 972-905-3410

COMPENSATION:

• $13/ hr. starting base pay + $2 additional / hr. for Saturday Shifts
• Additional + $2 hr. shift differential for Spanish Bilingual ($15/ hr. upon completion of Spanish Test)
• Bonus included! Based on performance, plus daily/weekly/ monthly incentives/prizes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Clean Background Check for the past 7 Years
• Basic computer skills/knowledge
• Valid Forms of Identifications
• 40-HR week required

SCHEDULES:

• Paid Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
• Regular Schedule after training: 40HR WEEK | Monday-Saturday Shifts | Ranging from 8am-6:00pm | OT Available
