A large health care consulting company is seeking an experienced payroll/staffing supervisor to join a growing team of health care professionals
Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
training and oversight of facility staffing coordinators, PBJ reporting and submissions, payroll compliance auditing and assistance. oversight and coordination of staffing and payroll to maintain budgeted par levels and staffing budgets.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Working knowledge of Smartlinx 6 software a plus
- Knowledge of and competency in PBJ Reporting required
- Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements required
- Strong Analytical skills, strong personal computer skills
- Demonstrated competence in volume data input and collection
- Knowledge of large volume scheduling, including needs assessment and PAR levels,
- Extremely well organized
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
