The Performance Marketing Director is responsible for managing and optimizing paid and owned marketing channels that drive new patient acquisition growth and increase visit frequency among established patients. This position is responsible for channel strategy development and execution across search engine marketing (SEM), paid social, email, and call campaigns.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Marketing Development
- Develop an optimal and efficient mix of online marketing revenue-driving investments against key business units to achieve business goals. Oversee development of digital advertising strategy and budget and communicate media guidelines to relevant stakeholders.
- Plan, implement, analyze and optimize all paid performance marketing activities.
- Manage all paid campaigns including paid search, paid social, retargeting, programmatic, display, review sites and native.
- Manage outbound call campaign strategy, including script development, process optimization, and regular reporting.
- Track and report channel and campaign effectiveness, identify and execute channel optimization for maximum ROI.
- Oversee Google Ads platform to execute SEM campaigns and ensure optimal lead and conversion scores, leveraging the automated Google bidding strategies currently established, working with the Google Rep to improve campaign effectiveness, and increase conversion rates with overall efficient CPA.
- Develop campaign activation strategies that cultivate new and existing consumers, promote the value proposition, amplify brand leadership within the industry and engage consumers across all channels
- Develop keyword and audience targeting strategy leveraging internal Ops team input, audience segmentation data, web and campaign data analytics to maximize results.
- Implement and continually test new messaging and visually appealing ad creative to ensure that ads stand-out and grab the attention of the target audience.
- Develop reports and dashboards appropriate for day-to-day management as well as executive management distribution.
- Optimize the channel mix and customer journey through rigorous testing and experimentation.
- Optimize campaign performance by running A/B tests on campaign goals, messaging, CTAs, creative, and more.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies.
- Work closely with Marketing and internal Ops teams to execute development and distribution of the best offers in the industry.
- Manage paid media budgets as assigned.
- 8+ years relevant professional experience required.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including SEM, SEO, social media and other digital campaigns
- 2+ years of solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
- Website support experience and knowledge of CMS and Google products - preferred.
- Experience in the medical or retail beauty industry is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and flexible environment with a high degree of autonomy.
