Business owner seeks a work/personal assistant for support with the following tasks:

• Driving and running on personal and business errands
• Driving to work sites
• Phone calls
• Hiring process
• Email correspondence
• Invoicing and budgeting
• Client meetings

Must Have:

• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States

** Schedule will vary on a daily basis (average of 30-40 hours a week)

** Must be available Monday - Friday during the hours of 6 am - 8 pm

** Weekly salary range $550 - $750 (paid initially as a 1099 contractor with possibility to convert to a W-2 employee)

** Work location - work sites, home office, and work from home

** Company vehicle will be used

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $550.00 - $750.00 per week

Will work very closely with the business owner on day to day basis. Will use a company vehicle. Clean driving record required.

Knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Outlook is needed. Ability to type at least 40 wpm. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

This position will be paid on a weekly basis.

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Romeoville, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
