Creekside Physical Therapy is currently seeking an experienced full time physical therapist to join our exceptional team in our Tigard & Cedar Mill locations.

Creekside physical therapy specializes in orthopedic outpatient therapy, and we pride ourselves providing individualized care to each of our patients. We work closely with Northwest Extremity Specialists, a local Podiatry & Orthopedic group, to rehabilitate primarily post-op and non-operative foot & ankle, knee, hip & shoulder injuries. We are seeking an active, self-directed, team orientated, physical therapist with a background in orthopedics/sports rehabilitation.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education

· Current State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status)

Duties & Responsibilities

· Physical Therapist is expected to conduct initial evaluations and accurately assess patient conditions to develop appropriate goals and individualized treatment plans. The physical therapist will work with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plant to help improve the patient’s strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination while also keeping the treatment fun and exciting. Thus improving the patient’s overall life style.

· Must be able to consult with other health professionals when developing a treatment plan for the patient.

· Must be able to work an established schedule with flexibility according to daily clinic needs and complete accurate documentation through EMR software in a timely fashion.

· Therapist will be expected to work effectively with support staff & other therapists.

· Must participate to the growth of the clinic through marketing and participation in local events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $92,000.00 per year
