Marathon Health is seeking a part-time Physician Assistant to treat and work with the participants and families (ages 2+) of our client at their health and wellness center in Henderson, Nevada.

Responsibilities:
The position may also be responsible for the oversight of the care delivered by the medical assistants within the Marathon Health Center. Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the center’s staff is a key ingredient to success in this position.Qualifications:

Physician Assistant (Part-time with full benefits!)
Marathon Health is seeking a part-time Physician Assistant to treat and work with the participants and families (ages 2+) of our client at their health and wellness center in Henderson, Nevada.
Weekly Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Friday: 8:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.
This position requires working one Saturday per month: 8:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.
No on call hours required.

Responsibilities:
The Physician Assistant is responsible for providing primary care services, conducting onsite health risk assessments, providing wellness education, supporting individual lifestyle changes, and helping individuals manage their chronic conditions.
The position may also be responsible for the oversight of the care delivered by the medical assistants within the Marathon Health Center. Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the center’s staff is a key ingredient to success in this position.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience practicing as a Physician Assistant, preferably in primary care/family practice
- Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
- Current and unrestricted state licensure
- Qualified applicants should believe in making a difference and believe in quality decisions, great communication, collaboration, and instilling trust to lead a great wellness program
