Summary
The PLM Support Lead will serve as a critical resource on the GIS PLM team for ongoing support of Illumina's global Teamcenter PLM system. This role is responsible to to lead the Global PLM support team and provide seamless support to our Business communities .

Responsibilities
- Lead the Teamcenter PLM support & security teams and provide quality feedback to the Business partners
- Act as a SPOC for the Business customer at all the times to resolve their questions or concerns and manage all the open items in a timely & effective manner
- Ensure adherence to Support SLAs and improve the incident response and resolution times
- Analyze problems, diagnose them and find root cause, and then either create a fix or partner with a team to collaboratively design a solution
- Liason between Development and Support team to understand and address the functionality gaps
- Provide production support and training for existing and new implementations
- Provide input to the development team on on-going recurring issues and system challenges to improve the system further
- Recreate steps taken by user to locate source problems
- Proactively analyze incident records and use data to identify problems
- Identify and propose approaches to increase usability
- Own and resolve application issues, engaging additional technical or functional resources as necessary
- Manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations
- Maintain active communication with stakeholders to manage expectations regarding changes to the system and the introduction of new and enhanced functionality
Requirements
- At least 8+ years of experience working in Teamcenter PLM with excellent Teamcenter Product Knowledge in the areas of CAD, Item, BOM, Doc, Change, Vendor and ERP integrations (T4S)
- Experience in managing the Global Support teams
- Basic problem-solving/Analytical skills Application issues, Root cause analysis, and Configuration
- Good people skills and dedication to delivering customer service. Excellent communicator and prefer keeping everyone in the loop
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. Escalate risks and issues and assist with issue resolution management
- Experience in Teamcenter modules such as Workflow Designer, Query Builder, Structure Manager, MPP, Change Mgmt., Classification, Dispatcher, PLM XML, Schedule Manager, Access Manager, Document Management, etc.
- Thorough understanding of Teamcenter architecture, Data Model, AWC framework, BMIDE, and other configurations
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required

The estimated base salary range for this role based in the United States of America is: $113,600 - $170,400. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
