The Role
Basic Function
The Pneumatech Brand Manager, is a dynamic and strategic leader with a proven track record of developing regional business, and delivering results in sales and marketing. Successful candidate will be results-driven, charismatic, and has strong leadership skills with the capability to influence others and communicate with impact. Must demonstrate world class customer oriented attitude. This position report to the GM of Multi-Brand North America.
Principle Duties:
- This position is responsible to develop and implement Pneumatech brand strategy working close with Industrial Air Division and in collaboration with Service within Compressor Technique.
- Develop the sales channels, direct and indirect, growing the business while keeping the functional cost efficiency according to the target.
- Continue the development of Pneumatech products working with product managers
- Provide tools and training to enable the sales people to efficiently sell pneumatech products;
- Support the sales teams with technical application requests and solutions development;
- Profit and Loss Management
- Medium travel (approximately 50%).
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What we expect of you?
Education and Experience:
- Five to ten (5-10) years of progressive sales management experience in preferably in the compressor or air treatment industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or engineering or equivalent work experience; Master’s Degree preferred.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be self-motivatied and have excellent organizational, supervisory, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel; proficiency in IBM Lotus Notes applications preferred.
- Experience and proven record of relationship building
- Excellent negotiation skills and techniques
- Must be result oriented and innovative.
- Must have a strong leadership background
