Pay Rate: $25 - $36/hour with benefits depending on experience

Glengate is hiring a Pool Construction and Renovation Team Leader / Foreman to lead an inground swimming pool construction crew dedicated to building, renovating and creating outstanding outdoor living spaces! Responsibilities include building and renovating the pools to exacting standards, operating light machinery, working well with homeowners and coworkers, maintaining a safe workplace, and other construction related duties. Previous construction experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• At least 5 years experience working in landscape construction, pool construction or similar
• Ability to manage/lead crew members, daily work schedules and required daily paperwork for multiple jobsites.
• Ability to read and interpret Construction Plans and Specifications.
• Safe operation of all machinery
• Coordinate with Construction and Project Managers and other Departments within the Company.
• Must be capable of effective communication with our clients, design professionals and skilled craftsmen.

Requirements:

• Able to perform the physical aspects of the position including lifting/moving 80 lbs. and being able to work outdoors in all safe weather situations.
• Thorough knowledge of pool installation and renovation Knowledge of masonry such as tile, coping, dry laid and concrete patios, retaining walls preferred.
• Be able to operate tools and construction equipment.
• Must be a hardworking, self-motivated, team oriented individual that is able to perform independently without direct supervision.
• Ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently is a plus.
• Must have valid driver's license
• State DOT medical card preferred or must be able to obtain one within 90 days of employment
• SP2 license Certified Pool Builder (CPB) or able to obtain – Glengate can help train
