Responsibilities for Post-Production Assistant
Monitor and manage ACI's film inventory. Provide technical support to our lab.
Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research
Greet visitors in a professional manner
Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly.
Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party.
Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing digital files.
Create a quality control workflow for all materials being delivered around the world.
Qualifications for Post-Production Assistant
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) isrequired. Associate's degree preferred
1-2 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
Beginner to intermediate skill in media management management
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including solid spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Van Nuys, CA 91406: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Associate (Required)
Experience:
- Final Cut Pro: 1 year (Preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Preferred)
