Job description

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Day Time Prep Cook/Dishwasher. This position requires someone who is able to work Wednesday through Sunday from morning to early afternoon. The successful candidate will have a passion for food, be detail-oriented, and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily prep work, including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and measuring ingredients
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality of food
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using an industrial dishwasher
• Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the head chef or manager

Requirements:

• Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean work area
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
