CAREAPY LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in a Home Health setting
- Contract/PRN position
- Coverage needed in Tampa, FL/surrounding Hillsborough County
- At least 1 year Home Health experience preferred
- Physical Therapist to perform SOCs, Evaluations, Reassessments, Discharges
- Required to communicate, supervise, and direct PTAs with PT POC
- Electronic documentation experience preferred (Axxess/Alora) however can be trained
- Competitive pay per visit
- Flexible schedule and area of coverage
- Must be currently residing locally
