At Highland Ridge Hospital we specialize in the compassionate and nurturing treatment of adolescents and adults who are struggling with mental health and substance use issues.

We are looking to add a PRN therapist to our team. As a part of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to utilize many theoretical orientations within the context of an inpatient setting.

Essential Functions:

• Manage an average caseload of 12
• Apply psychotherapeutic techniques in the delivery of services to patients
• Facilitate psychoeducational and processing groups
• Provide treatment planning and ongoing evaluation of your patients’ needs
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide individualized and comprehensive treatment
• Refer to other programs or facilities based on your patients’ needs or change in status
• Assist with after-care and discharge planning

Education & Experience

Master’s in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other recognized therapeutic field from an accredited college or university.

Licenses & Certifications

• Licensure as a Therapist
• CPR Certification
