A revolutionary school fundraising experience focused on student engagement by inspiring youth to make a difference in their communities while having fun – seeking SALES driven Territory Representative with a proven successful sales background to help lead expansion in the Orlando K-12 market. This purpose driven role will empower the right candidate the opportunity to own their success by providing unforgettable experiences for students!

Job Highlights

Ideal Sales Rep will be responsible for generating leads and enthusiastically selling the program to qualified schools outlined within a specific territory. As the primary contact for Sponsors, additional responsibilities will include presentations, coordinating scheduling, vendor sourcing, prize delivery, performing assemblies, and executing successful campaigns.

  • Location: Remote from your home office with some travel within a specific territory
  • Compensation : $65K ~ $75K
  • On-target earnings: uncapped

Requirements to be considered for this Sales Role

Ideal candidate is comfortable marketing and selling the program to decision makers and possesses an energetic, charismatic personality with exceptional communication and organizational skills!

  • Talents: Proficient computer experience, Account/lead management, Proven track record of achieving/exceeding goals, Familiarity with CRM technologies, Reporting, Delivering world class customer service, and Performing high energy kickoff presentations
  • Experience: One Year Experience with Schools, Fundraising or Outside Sales
  • Characteristics & Traits: Result Driven, Team oriented, Self-disciplined, Process-oriented, Ambitious, Energetic, Passionate about working with students, Superb verbal and written communication skills

Additional Responsibilities: Pre-plan events,manage processes/procedures for execution to ensure timelines are met, prize ordering, monitor sales, facilitate wrap-up meetings, maintain accounts, and manage special projects and/or other duties as needed.
