TechFlow, Inc. is immediately hiring a Program Analyst for our Platform Services division to support a large government contract. The Program Analyst will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing complex data sets and systems and identifying trends in order to provide recommendations that will help shape programs. Ultimately, you will work with our internal and external groups to ensure all systems are running efficiently and effectively throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce program reporting and metrics to internal and external customers
• Analyze reports for operational trends and data errors
• Ensure quality of services and deliverables following the Quality Assurance Plan
• Participate in the execution of technical project plans, reports, and administrative reporting
• Interact with various levels of both management, government customer and subcontractors to support tasking and requests for information
• Perform asset management in database, recording installations, decommissions, etc.
• Troubleshoot, resolve and educate field technicians on data inconsistencies through direct contact and proactive outreach, based on contractual service level agreements
• Assist and teach customer service representatives to ensure accurate data inputs
• Assist with new system user creation
• Identify system improvement recommendations

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) in data analysis to include generating, analyzing, and communicating report findings and recommendations
• 2+ years utilizing Excel for project and data management
• Excellent customer service skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills combined with situational awareness and adaptability in the face of challenging circumstances
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communicator verbally and in writing
• Must be able to pass a public trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience building reports using data from an EAM or CMMS system
