About This Role
Working closely with the Executive Director, Bookkeeper, and IE Facilitator Team, the Project Associate will play a key role in the preparation and implementation of all IE projects. A project process begins with a signed contract and ends with the receipt of post-program evaluations.

● Manage pre-program communication with the facilitator. This includes the distribution of all program-related materials needed for the facilitator to effectively deliver the program.
● Adapt all program materials for each client (derived from templates), and prepare official folder for the program to contain all relevant documentation.
● Use IE’s CRM platform to keep track of all projects and produce reports for Executive Director or Board of
Directors upon request/as needed.
● Organize evaluation data and create an Evaluation Summary Page (ESP) for each project.
● Support business development + fundraising by maintaining an organized, up-to-date system. Support other business development and fundraising activities, as needed.
● Communicate routinely with Bookkeeper to make sure invoices are sent/paid in a timely fashion.
● Contribute to communications and outreach initiatives (newsletter, email campaigns, social media) aimed at keeping IE network updated on past, current, and future projects.
Candidate Requirements:
● Passion for the mission of Inspiring Educators and the wellbeing of educators everywhere.
● Desire to work for a small (but growing!), mission-driven nonprofit.
