MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security services is seeking a Project Coordinator for our Atlanta, GA location to support our fast growing Data division. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Work professionally and collaborate within a team, while working with multiple project managers simultaneously.
  • Manage tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Inputs/tracks all project information, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Support a smooth transition of expectations for supported projects.
  • Coordinates with project manager to ensure the completion of project specific requirements.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • 0-3 years’ experience in a project support/coordination or related role
  • Basic ERP system and reporting experience
  • Understanding of scheduling, purchasing, procurement, shipping/receiving, PO generation, and billing/invoicing processes
  • Basic ability to coordinate and track basic project milestones/deliverables and work effectively with project teams/vendors
  • Can assist and support in proposal/quote development process
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Must have the ability to travel as needed throughout territory. Some overnight travel may be expected.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
