Project Manager
Enquizit Inc,

Enquizit is seeking a Project Manager with strong business analytics skill in software development. We are looking for a talented, highly motivated, and innovative leader with a track record of taking initiative. This individual must be capable of working in a fast-paced Agile environment and working cooperatively with a multi-functional team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience / Business Analytics
• Excellent oral and written communications skills as necessary to communicate, negotiate, advice, or resolve issues that are highly complex including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users effectively
• Demonstrated knowledge of lean methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret data and present findings in a concise manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Risk, Quality & Cost Management
• Agile Coaching and CSM (Certified Scrum Master) skills
• Technical Background in software development is a plus.
• Operations Knowledge (BCDR, Incident Response, SLA Management, IAM, Cost Management, Asset Management, Patch management)

Duties

• Manage all aspects of complex, cross-functional projects – Plan, organize, schedule, control and monitor projects to ensure timely completion, cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction
• Lead and perform requirements gathering, develop and document functional specifications, including user stories and sprint goals.
• Arrange and manage team goals, project schedule, track changes, manager change control process
• Provide accurate, understandable and useful metrics/ reporting on sprint performance and progress
• Develop, maintain and manage relationships with client executives and engagement sponsors
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions.
• Develop and Conduct Training workshops
