Position Summary
Image Solutions is hiring a Receiving Clerk for our West Chester, OH location. This individual will manage incoming product deliveries to our warehouse, unloading, auditing, receiving, and locating product to the correct area of the warehouse.
To be a successful Receiving Clerk, you should be able to inspect deliveries with great attention to detail and ensure efficient receiving processes. This role will require basic computer skills to research discrepancies and the ability to communicate effectively with other departments to solve problems. You should also be able to lift up to 35 pounds to unload deliveries and have the ability to work overtime if needed.
Wage Range: $19.00 per hour
Shift Schedule: 7am – 4pm EST, Monday - Friday
Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Operating license or at least 1 year experience operating a Reach Truck

Minimum 1+ year of experience in Warehouse Receiving

Minimum 1+ year of experience using RF Scanner

Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds

Good attendance record and flexibility to work overtime if required

Must be organized and possess attention to detail

Ability to work independently and with others on a team

Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions and processes consistently

Possess a healthy sense of urgency

Proactive in process change and issue resolution
Responsibilities

Communicate with team to coordinate expected deliveries
-
Receive and sign for deliveries, unload from trucks
-
Compare packing lists to purchase orders, verifying products in each delivery are undamaged and match the packing list

Communicate with internal teams on updates, errors, or delays
-
Label, organize, and store received items in designated areas
-
Maintain accurate records of orders and assist in inventory control

Replenish product when needed for orders

Maintain supplies at designated workstations (Boxes, tape, bags, etc.)

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Work in accordance with all safety regulations within the facility

Work mandatory overtime on an as-needed basis
