Looking for a full-time Receptionist who will be in charge of addressing visitor's questions and needs, answering phones and taking messages, scheduling appointments for customers, and providing an overall welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Duties include greeting customers.
- Answering phone calls along with general office duties as needed.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Schedule appointments.
Requirements:
- Must have a friendly and outgoing personality with a background in customer service.
- Good time management skills.
- Comfortable in multi-tasking.
- Highly organized and efficient.
