James Moore & Co, P.L.'s HR Solutions team is currently working with Cape Vista Dental, LLC., a successful and growing dental firm that is seeking a full-time Receptionist based in Orange City, FL.

What You Will Do:

As the receptionist, you are the patient's first impression of our organization and a vital part of the team. You are responsible for greeting visitors and handling inquiries on the phone and face to face. In addition, you will:

  • Answer telephone calls, screen, or forward calls, provide information or take messages
  • Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
  • Schedule appointments
  • Provide information to callers
  • Deal with queries from the patients
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area
  • Perform other duties as needed and as directed by supervisor/management

What You Will Need:

  • High school diploma required, some college a plus
  • 1 - 2 years of office experience

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • The ability to handle a fast-paced environment
