We are currently looking to hire a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to join our team and oversee our 4 Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Tampa/ Fort Myers area!

Candidates must be available to travel to the various states to visit facilities whenever necessary.

The responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring positive financial outcomes through labor management, census development, and expense control;
• Will support the leaders of the facilities to meet our high standards of care, and generate strong and consistent operating and financial performance;
• Ensuring facility leaders institute and deploy clinical systems and standards that improve patient/resident outcomes, producing exceptional quality care;
• Providing facility leaders direction and assistance in creating strategic plans;
• Identifying drivers of variability (facility /market drivers) and offer advice on where to make improvements;
• Monitoring and enforcing brand standards;
• Assisting leaders with referral source relationship development and maintaining the company presence in the market;
• Performing the role of compliance liaison with local, state, federal, and licensing rules and regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and State Survey issues, etc.;
• Maintaining positive relations with community referral sources at large, all visitors, guests, and residents.

Qualification/Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of prior RDO experience.
• Preferable: prior clinical experience
• Preferable: LNHA license.
