The Regional Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for leading their market in shrink reduction, safety, and profitability. This individual will effectively exhibit JD Finish Line’s core values of Customer, People, Winning, Community, and Financial Responsibility in everything they do by performing the following key duties:

Supporting Store Operations teams through analysis of fraud and loss.

Developing and delivering training to reduce loss and increase inventory accuracy.

Auditing stores to evaluate Operational and LP compliance.

Conducting fraud investigations and interviews (both in person and by phone).

The ability to communicate effectively across all levels of associates, management, law enforcement, and court personnel.

Tracking and monitoring of the company shrink programs.

Creating effective partnerships both in the field and at Customer Central that can be leveraged to achieve the Company’s goals, such as shrink control, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence.

Additional duties and projects as required.
Required Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic Interviewing course is required. At least 3 years of multi-store experience required.
Required Computer and/or Technical Skills
Should have basic to intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Office and Google Products.

Uses specialized knowledge to go beyond the routine to solve complex problems that frequently affect areas beyond their own functional area. Must be able to approach unfamiliar situations, projects, and opportunities with confidence and curiosity.

Travel, air or land, is required 3 to 5 days per week. Overnight travel is required
