Seeking: Field Case Manager, RN - Oakland, CA

Our Health Services Company in Oakland, CA are looking for an RN to come join our team full-time as a Field Case Manager!

As a field case manager, it is the expectation that you are out in the field conducting assessments with regularity. You will be responsible for providing field bases medical case management for Worker’s Compensation and Liability Injury Management programs.

You will be traveling to complete in person visits at medical providers, such as hospitals, physician offices, therapy providers, employers, etc. Travel time is paid at your hourly rate, and you also get mileage reimbursement!

Qualifications:

• RN license required
• Experience: workers comp occupational health and home health.
• Active driver’s license and functional car.

COVID Vaccine is required - gloves, masks, etc. will be provided!

Expect to have 40 patients when they are comfortable, 2 weeks formally remote training, need to know how to bill clients when on the job. Equipment will be provided (laptop and phone).
