Augusta Health is seeking an experienced REGISTERED NURSE Stress Lab for a full-time position.
Description
A registered professional nurse responsible for the of quality patient care for all patients undergoing stress testing, heart monitor applications and monitor reading. Accurately performs and documents assigned duties under the direction and supervision of the physician in accordance with the medical model of care as provided by the State Board of Nursing. Position initiates implementation of processes and|or has access to all operational components of the office as required by daily operations. Monday-Friday (rotates between 0630-1500, 0700-1530 or 0730-1600 with rotating ½ day on Saturdays.
Requirements:
- Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse
- BSN strongly preferred, or currently enrolled in a RN to BSN program
- Critical care or ED experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS
- Cardiac/Rhythm knowledge
