PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Successfully manages assigned territory by developing business opportunities at active or future jobsites and offices with existing customers and develop new accounts through effective planning and strong team marketing skills.
  • Uses Turnkey activity enhancement tools. (Salesforce.com loaded nightly with Dodge Construction Data specifically for your territory, Territory management via data mapping and planning tools for jobsites and offices, integrated equipment quoting tool, electronic credit applications)
  • Embraces technology to ensure most efficient and effective territory management
  • Researches and stays in tune with local market conditions and developments
  • Ensures industry leading customer experiences by conducting business with integrity and working as a strong team player
  • Continuously demonstrates a Strong Work Ethic, Highly Energetic, Motivated, and Organized.
  • Attends and participates in applicable sales training events, seminars and conferences throughout the year with some overnight travel required
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Top-notch communication skills
  • Microsoft office program skills such as Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Possess the ability to learn quickly
  • Experience with SalesForce is a plus
  • Effective communicator with coworkers and customers
  • Self-motivated; understands deadlines and the ability to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems is a plus
