HuHot Mongolian Grill is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to join our operations team in the Spokane Valley. Salary can be negotiated based upon your experience in the industry.

HuHot is a unique restaurant experience where, as the guest, you create your own stir-fry. Our great team of grill cooks then prepares your meal in front of you on our round flat top grill. Our guests can choose from a variety of premium meats, seafood, homemade noodles, fresh cut vegetables and 26 sauces to meet anyone's flavor palate.

As a HuHot Manager, you will work collaboratively with the management team and crew members to meet labor and food cost goals. You will be responsible for staffing and developing the team. You will maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and ensure all food safety standards are being upheld. Most importantly, you will ensure that every guest has an outstanding dining experience.

Position requirements are as follows, but not limited to:

o Restaurant experience is required & recent restaurant management preferred

o Must have reliable transportation & means of communication

o Ability to withstand 10 hours a day on your feet

o Ability to lift or carry up-to 50 lbs, though this is a rare occasion

o HuHot is open daily for lunch & dinner. Must have open availability, including nights & weekends. We are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day

o 70% of a manager's day is spent working with all staff. It is essential to gain the ability to perform all functions of each position to assist where needed in busy times. Engaging with our guests is key to creating a great experience.

o 45 Hour, 5 day work week minimum.

o Confidence with MS Excel, web-based scheduling software and Aloha Point of Sale.
