The Children's Home of Poughkeepsie has been caring for children throughout the Hudson Valley for over 175 years! We strive to improve the lives of at-risk youth and are looking for individuals, such as you, to help fulfill our mission.

We are currently looking for a motivated RN for our OCFS Programs. The RN will be responsible for the maintenance of records, arranging and securing medical care for children, monitoring children's health needs, executing physician's orders, assisting children in preventative health care and personal hygiene, care for sick children and assessing medical needs.

Qualifications

• RN
• Employment experience in the child welfare and/or social services field
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; evenings may be required
• Valid NYS Driver License with a clean record

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential: (Required)

· Valid Registered Nurse license.

· Must be First Aid and CPR Certified.

· Valid New York State Driver's License with good driving record as determined by the Agency.

Non-Essential: (Preferred)

· Relevant experience working with children.

· Some psychiatric experience.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
