Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day to day nursing activities to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinate and manage as part of the Interdisciplinary Team, Develop work assignments for employees on shift, Make daily rounds to ensure nursing employees are performing their assigned duties, Monitor and report absenteeism, Encourage accurate and timely resident documentation, Ensure sufficient staffing during shift, Complete reports as necessary.
Requirements: Must be a Licensed Nurse with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a long-term care facility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
