Commercial Landscape company located in Lexington adding to our team to help continue our growth!

Salesperson for Landscape Maintanance and landscape services. Should have experience in B2B sales utilizing a CRM system to meet, follow up and sell new services to local area hotels, apartment complexes, industrial and horse farms.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Call and visit commercial prospects to determine interest, provide general information and set up appointments
• Maintain calendar to meet with potential customers
• Estimate and Bid jobs utilitizing our software for potential maintenance and additional services contracts
• Maintain customer database
• Daily reporting and accountability for time

Requirements:

• Capable of high level analytical, organizational, administrative and management skills
• Professional appearance
• Customer services skills
• 10 years Landscape Maintenance Sales experience
• Experience in apartments, industrial and horse farms
• Clean driver license to be insured on company policy
• Daily reporting, tracking, and following up with contacts
• Build customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated knowledge of selling techniques (prospecting, overcoming objections, closing sales)

Base salary plus commission and peformance bonuses.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
