Healy Property Management is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with property management experience to join our boutique company. The Sales Representative will use internal and external sales techniques to build and maintain a lucrative referral pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy focus on “hunting” and building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Managing the full sell-cycle from lead generation to nurturing to contracting to close.
  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Generating leads at in-person events and using online resources like LinkedIn.
  • Managing and growing internal sales relationships with existing partners.
  • Heavy focus on external sales to new customers.
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their service needs.
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of services to customers based on their needs.
  • Works with HPM service team to manage customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Managing existing contracts and upselling to existing customers.
  • Maintains detailed records of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Provides periodic sales forecasts.
  • Performs other duties that facilitate the sales and/or account management function.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration using Google Workspace.
  • Experience with e-signature tool like DocuSign preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field preferred.
  • One or more years of sales experience preferred.
  • One or more years of property management experience required.
  • Preferred experience includes, but is not limited to, cold-calling, lead generation, fundraising, or professional sales.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary with uncapped performance-based incentive compensation.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $48,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
