What you’ll do: As an Analytics Consultant you will be Business User-facing and responsible for requirements collection, design, and build of analytics solutions specific to SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud and/or SAP BW4/HANA. Success in this role requires you to comfortably communicate SAP-technologies in a simplified manner to business users in an effort to convey the “art of the possible”. From there – this resource should have the ability to design and build the proposed analytics solution. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies such as, native HANA modeling, HANA Smart Data Integration, SAP SLT for replication, ABAP CDS View development for analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP BW4/HANA.

• You will work with Business Users to gather requirements and summarize them into Technical Specifications

• You will lead onsite requirement gathering sessions to define data acquisition, virtual data models in SAP HANA and report layouts in SAP Analytics Cloud or other analytics tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI

• Lead the build of proposed analytic solutions, supporting development, unit testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live

• Work with SAP BTP or HANA Administrators and Security team members on setup and configuration of user access

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Overall 5+ years’ experience in SAP Analytics (BW, HANA, BOE, SAC, or other)

• 2+ years of experience in SAP HANA modeling and analytics

• SAP HANA Modeling with Calculated Views

• SAP S/4HANA ABAP CDS Views Modeling

• Good working experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• SAP BW and/or BW4/HANA hands-on development experience

• Intermediate SQL modeling experience

• The ability to lead Requirements Collection and Design Thinking sessions

Base salary range: 80-150k

• Discretionary Annual Bonus Potential: up to 10% of base salary based on company and individual key performance indicators.
