Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Cold Calling

Base + Commission

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying leads through cold calling. You will play a key role in helping our organization achieve our sales goals and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high volume outbound calls to prospective clients to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Research potential clients to determine their needs and identify key decision-makers.
  • Use a consultative selling approach to educate prospects on our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of our products, industry, and competition.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
