This is an ideal opportunity for a hungry AE with their eyes on Sales leadership in 12 - 24 months.
You’re a people person, a go-getter, a never-met-a-stranger sort. You like talking to people but love listening to them even more. You ask the right questions and are ready with great answers. You understand the tech space but know there’s still a lot for you to learn. When you see something that doesn’t make sense, you challenge it – the unknown doesn’t scare you, it excites you.
Unlike other sales gigs, this isn’t a stop-gap type of job. We’re looking for someone with a sincere desire to pursue a successful career in sales. You’d be no. 2 on the team with no glass ceiling in sight.

- 30-minute Zoom with James Shaw, our COO.
- 30-minute Zoom with Andy Siemer, our CEO.

Just like many of our clients, you’re curious, ambitious, and understand the startup mindset. In the virtual world that we live in, we use a variety of channels to communicate - phone, email, social, you name it. We also work across many industries, so the sky is the limit.
You’re not just another cog in the wheel here - you are an invaluable part of our team. We trust your judgment, so you have total freedom to schedule valuable meetings with top-tier contacts through consistent and creative outreach; then, educate and qualify potential clients, and guide them through our process in the best way you see fit.
It’s alright to wake up in beast mode - but instead of chasing transactional deals, we focus on building meaningful, long-term relationships. You’re always willing to listen, eager to share, and curious to learn. You understand that people are the most valuable part of our mission.
You’ll also get to conduct market research and analyze trends; build, manage, and refine target audience contact databases; segment audiences and develop strategies to nurture prospects and qualified leads; analyze reports from all campaigns in order to make recommendations and continually improve metrics; and use tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ulinc, and more.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience that’s required (and really important to have):
- 3+ years of experience owning a full sales lifecycle, preferably in tech using outbound channels
- Warm, natural leader with an ability to guide and influence others in a positive way
- Proven success creating your own book of business; creating valuable relationships
- Comfortable getting uncomfortable by sourcing and contacting new and viable leads
- Expert multitasker with an ability to jump from strategic thinking to tactical work
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with a desire to constantly improve
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, research, and time management skills
- Ability to quickly learn technical information
- Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, et al.)
- Experience with an enterprise CRM, like HubSpot
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Experience owning the full sales lifecycle in an enterprise or consultancy environment
- Experience with Value Selling and/or Challenger sales methodologies
- Highly motivated self-starter; History of meeting and/or exceeding goals
- Chock-full of endless ideas on how to build and maintain a formidable sales pipeline
- Expert HubSpot CRM experience
