System Source is searching for a Senior Account Executive to drive demand for our professional services including managed IT services and consulting/systems engineering plussales of data center cloud, product & software sales. We may the only integrator offering this broad range of solutions. Our average account executive tenure is 26 years. Most hold multi-decade relationships with area clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect existing clients & prospects

• Drive demand through our extensive marketing including 40+ events annually!

• Develop a sales plan to increase footprint and generate new opportunities to organize & focus your efforts

• Consult with clients about system and business needs

• Work with our consultants to scope projects and analyze system needs

• Present proposals

• Collaborate with the engineering & project management team to ensure smooth service delivery

• Assist with marketing programs

• Keep up with market and technology trends

Required Skills:

• 5 years successfully selling IT products, technical services, managed services, software and/or high-technology services.

• Gain new business, manage and grow existing accounts, and sell intangible products through sales presentations to business and non-profit clients.

• Nurture customer relationships using a consultative approach

• Outstanding organizational and writing skills

• Highly motivated with a bias toward action

• Excellent Office App skills

• High energy, dynamic collaborator, and strong sales acumen

• Planning and Time Management to organize multiple tasks

• Verbal Communication and Presentation skills to articulate in a clear, confident manner

• Demonstrates initiative and takes action to accomplish objectives, sense of personal accountability

• Encourages teamwork and professionalism

• Embraces change and supports through words and actions

• Maintains stable performance and interpersonal relationships when under pressure
