The team you'll be part of
A small but experienced NI Real Estate team that manages the NI Real Estate Strategy, and the key interfaces towards with P&P, as well as the local NI teams and their associated BD leaders. The team is tasked with driving NI real estate cost efficiency, office optimization and New Way of Working implementation. The job requires daily cooperation with P&P, BG stakeholders in the BL, Business stakeholders and local teams.

What you will learn and contribute to
- Manage and coordinate NI relationship with the Nokia Digital Office (DO) Services Team
- Acts as liaison between the NI departmental staff and the Technology and Nokia Digital Office Teams - maintain relationships, exchange information and promote operations
- Coordinate and support infrastructure and licensing needs that impact the day-to-day business activities
Analyzes business area work processes and identifies opportunities to improve those processes
Participates in Digital Office Infrastructure Project planning, reviews and walkthroughs for major deliverables and coordinate business involvement, priorities and awareness for these programs.
Responsible to provide NI leadership and coordinate NI interest within complex IT Infrastructure projects, to understand and regulate NI business impact, risk and business case benefits realization
Assess project scope, ensure quality and completeness of implementation and risk avoidance as it pertains to NI.
Responsible to maintain KPI’s, status updates to management and various areas of the NI and IT organizations
Coordinate the xBD and Business Organization DO and Infrastructure needs in various DO activities to help align and communicate a consolidated NI view for consistent NI process management and cost effectiveness
Support NI Cost Management Processes with IT Services & IT Infrastructure
Support the IP/Optics Data Security and Access Control process across Digital Office Infrastructure and Enterprise Architecture Services.
Help develop and maintain departmental standards surrounding NI and Digital Office governance processes and tools
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Relevant degree and 5 -10 years progressive IT experience, with emphasis on managing infrastructure and network for complex organizations.
- Strong Project Management and/or Program Management, at least 10 years’ experience
- Experience running cross unit/cross functional programs
- Excellent analytical skills with capacity to operate and drive statistical analysis
- Strategic thinking, ability to translate strategy into actionable programs
- Ability to coordinate and influence different stakeholders’ cross functions/ regions
- High degree of independence within agreed policies, targets and budgets.
- “I own this” attitude with demonstrable problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills also with executive level
- Proficient understanding in the area of data, data structures, databases, operational reporting and platforms
- Solid presentation skills
- Extremely cost-conscious handling Capex and Opex
- Expert ability with Power BI, Power Query, MS SharePoint, Excel, PPT, Word and Outlook
