Position Summary & Role: The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations is a strategic thought
partner to the Talent Acquisition and broader HR team. This role will focus on operational excellence as
well as lead the development and launch of new programs that enhance the candidate and hiring
manager experiences. The ideal candidate will be equal parts Business Consultant, Program Leader and
Recruiting Process Expert. Using deep experience and resourcefulness to elevate the Talent Acquisition
function, enjoying work in a high velocity environment and the ability to analyze and translate data into
metrics and data-driven “calls to action” are required for success in the position. Role can be REMOTE.


Job Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this person will manage cross

organizational resources to support the hiring demand of the company’s rapidly growing and complex
businesses, to include:


o Using data-driven approaches to develop strategies that ensure the Talent Acquisition team is
operating effectively and efficiently to support hiring demand and candidate experience.
o Optimizing operational process flows and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency with tools
and resources coupled with a service-oriented manner to delight candidates and hiring teams.
o Owning the talent competitive intelligence landscape, working together with key teams across the
organization to assess trends in applicable industries, next-gen skill needs and candidate
expectations as well as develop recommendations to proactively meet the challenges and
trends.
o Developing innovative programs in partnership with TA, HR and hiring managers that optimize,
among other areas, the company’s candidate sourcing capabilities, candidate assessment
capabilities, and the candidate experience.
o Participating in other recruiting/HR related initiatives to provide the best recruiting team
capabilities possible.


Preferred Experience, Education & Qualifications:
o Recruiting Operations or other Talent Acquisition leadership experience within a high growth
company, with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and coach a remote team
o Strong relationship skills with the ability to establish and build healthy working relations and
partnerships to influence important outcomes
o Adept data and analytical skills, evidencing ability to analyze data from multiple sources to build
reporting capability, develop hypotheses and test them, and convert findings into actions.
o Capability to manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects through clear/realistic
expectation setting and information flow.
o Solutions-oriented, with demonstrated problem-solving skills, including the ability to look
around corners on potential problems and alternative solutions.
o Experience with identifying and implementing sourcing and CRM tools and/or managing
competitive intelligence.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Bachelor’s degree preferred
