We are searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead coordination efforts for the Health & Administration Talent Acquisition team. This role is instrumental in providing a streamlined, high-touch, positive candidate experience. Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsibilities includes complex interview scheduling, support for recruiting events and conferences, HR and TA data integrity, and ad hoc projects. Ideally the candidate would be in the Eastern or Central time zone. We are open to candidates working remotely or in a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers a positive candidate experience by working closely with the candidate and talent acquisition team to ensure all interviews are accurately scheduled in a timely manner and confirmed with both the candidates and the interview team
- Handles complex scheduling with all levels of stakeholders across the organization and different time zones throughout the recruitment lifecycle including travel arrangements, and ability to look at alternative interviewing options (phone, video, in-person) in order to schedule interviews in a timely manner
- Documents, tracks, maintains, and updates applicant records and status of engagements in applicant tracking system and HRIS
- Provides responsive and proactive customer service via phone and e-mail
- Assists with new hire onboarding including monitoring new hire forms completion and I-9 verification
- Performs various administrative duties that support the recruiting function, including opening requisitions and tracking approvals, processing expense reimbursements, recording letters of recommendation, and reviewing and responding to the HR mailbox

- 2+ years of experience managing complex schedules and calendars; ideally in a recruitment environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Advanced organizational skills and strong attention to detail necessary
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to quickly re-prioritize and/or multi-task in a fast paced, change driven organization
- Judgment to know when to work independently and when to ask questions or alert management
- Prior experience working in a matrix environment; ensuring accuracy and timeliness
This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of $50,000 - $62,000. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
Various federal agencies with whom we contract require that staff successfully undergo a background investigation or security clearance as a condition of working on the project. If you are assigned to such a project, you will be required to obtain the requisite security clearance.
