Ferman Chevrolet located in Tampa/Brandon has immediate openings for service advisors for a very busy service department, excellent communications skills, if you work in the Customer Service business this could be a fantastic opportunity for you, earning potential up to $75,000 plus, apply now.

This dealership also offers a full fleet of loaner vehicles to assist with continuing sales growth. As a service advisor with Ferman, you will be a leader of a team of technicians and their productivity. The benefit of this team-based system is there is no dispatcher in the shop dealing with numerous technicians. You are in control of your own daily workflow.
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor at Ferman include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting guests, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information.
- Listening to requests of the service desired and clearly explaining information on the repair order.
- Referring the technician to the customer and/or test-driving the vehicle to confirm source(s) of service repairs.
- Estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair, taking into account the guest’s schedule.
- Handling guest complaints and maintaining high guest satisfaction standards.
- Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the guest when technicians discover additional problems; getting guest approval to do additional work and explaining the work performed and the charges being billed.
- Must strive for top GSI on a daily basis/meet GSI goals.
