Home Instead Senior Care is now hiring a part-time Service Intake Specialist! We are looking for a highly organized individual who has strong attention to detail, is good with people, and is a strong communicator. On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00am-4:30pm, you would handle all service intakes from prospective clients.
Job responsibilities include:
- Educate prospective clients on the company's Home Care Services.
- Establishing first hand connections with prospective clients with a friendly and confident demeanor.
- Gather initial client information.
- Set up appointments for a phone or in-person consultation with the Client Care Coordinator.
- Maintain prospect connections with phone and email follow ups.
- Proficient with technology and various computer systems.
Starting pay is $17/hour. You will have backup support from management for any issues you need assistance with.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
