Southwire Job Description
The Spark Analyst takes creative, human-centered innovation and brings it to life
within the business. This role is part of an experienced team that guides business groups
through the research process to develop thoughtful and inspiring insights.
Utilizing Human-Centered Design practices, they will:
Design, plan and execute customer, user, market and company research from a bespoke
- Analyze and model how industries, businesses and organizations work now, and how
- Collaborate with innovators, designers, technologists, and business teams to turn
- Synthesize, communicate, and present projects, research insights, and findings to peers,
- Be involved in all parts of the design process: proposal writing, client relationship
- Contribute to the team expertise and tradecraft in design research and innovation
organization.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Design, Research, Engineering or a related field.
- Have experience with qualitative research - you have written discussion guides,
methods.
- Have an understanding of the human-centered design process, design thinking, and its
