About Crossing Media

As an e-commerce company that specializes in Livestream Collectables purchases (Pokemon/Sports/Weiss Schwarz), we built up our TikTok Live streaming account to 80K with almost 3000 discord community members in a few months. Our discord community has varied social groups to discuss our live-break streams, trade cards, talk competitive play, etc. We are always growing with special events like tournaments and more on the horizon.

We are also a TikTok official shop partner that specializes in helping content creators expand their presence in the US live streaming e-commerce market. This market is very unexplored and we are leading the charge in selling products and developing communities in this space.

Our partner, including Bytedance (parent company of TikTok) have created a lot of advantages for us such as traffic data access directly from TikTok and a shopping cart feature (to purchase products directly from our livestreams).

What you'll do

1. Responsible for TIKTOK live streaming in English and unpacking Sports (Basketball/Baseball/Soccer/Football) Trading Cards Game in live. ( Customers buy Magic The Gathering Trading Cards Game during live, they will watch their packs get opened by you)

2. Interacting with the audience actively, having relatively good logical thinking and responsiveness, being able to respond to questions from the audience, directing the audience to the shop, and improving fan stickiness.

3. Mobilising audience energy and increasing activation through improvisation during the live streaming

4. Convert accurate audience and be good at identifying shortcomings in live streaming and improving them

5. The live streaming of the e-commerce platform is based on the sale of goods, familiar with product knowledge, 3-6 hours of live streaming per day.

Additional if part-time

Who you are

1. Sports trading card lover, have at least one year of experience playing Sports (Basketball/Baseball/Soccer/Football) Trading Cards Game, know sports stars.

2. confident and cheerful, good at expressing themselves in front of the camera, talented, active, and interactive

3. can host live shows independently, responsible for normal live streaming and strategy Live Streaming

4. have extremely strong understanding, communication, and coordination skills, work proactively, able to take the initiative to think, find and solve problems.

5. Love watching live breaks and be able to list at least 1-3 influencers in the Live Breaks Community

6. Live streaming experience is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
