The Role
Ampere’s IT eBusiness Services team is looking for a talented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong Order to Cash, Supply Chain experience and overall enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems knowledge. As the Supply Chain BSA, you will manage the ERP modules and other system applications including but not limited to issues, system enhancement requests, business process development and improvements, new software implementations and documentation.

This role will report to the Business Systems Manager and will be an individual contributor role.

Ampere offers a competitive total rewards package that includes base pay, bonus, stock, and comprehensive benefits. The full base pay range for this role is between $94,000 and $156,000, except in the San Francisco Bay Area where the range is between $106,000 and $176,000. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide guidance to operations and cross functional teams on best practices from MDM, Order to Cash, RMA, Fulfillment and Logistics, Costing and supply chain processes.
- Facilitate business and systems analysis discussions and translate findings into clearly defined Business Requirements Documents / Functional Design Documents. Interface with all major business groups.
- Work with stakeholders (IT, Global Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, etc.) on development of requirements, gap analysis, design and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain business processes for the creation, review, approval of Items, BOMS, Customers, Order Management, Fulfillment, costing and integrations.
- Drive tool selection, implementation, enhancement, maintenance and integrations with NetSuite or similar ERP system.
- Liaise with internal business and IT groups in performing support activities, system configuration, enhancement requests and production support.
- Supports maintenance for systems, data, reporting, process optimization, and related change management activities. Performs functional testing and drives User Acceptance testing and cutover activities.
- Collaborate with business units to understand, evaluate, and improve processes and internal SOX controls. Recommends best practice.
- Develops IT system training materials and conducts training for both internal and external end users.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years relevant experience in a business systems analyst/manager position
- Experience and strong knowledge in MDM, Order to Cash, RMA, Fulfillment and Logistics, Costing and supply chain processes.
- Experience in systems lifecycle processes (SDLC), change control, IT audit/ SOX compliance, authoring, executing SIT/ UAT, issue management and project management deliverables.
- Experience with end-to-end supply chain planning implementation will be a plus.
- High Tech hardware supply chain experience especially semiconductor business preferred.
- NetSuite and or Oracle EBS/Fusion ERP experience desired. NetSuite experience preferred.
- Knowledge in setting up EDI messaging for orders, shipments, invoices using middleware, especially Dell Boomi or similar will be a plus.
- Experience in managing multiple projects, developing, and managing project schedules.
- Knowledge in Azure Synapse and SQL is a plus.
- Able to think independently and consider cross-functional/downstream impacts.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, coordination, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Self-motivated, proactive, willing to learn quickly, a strong sense of accountability, and a proven track record of delivering results.
Education:
