Job Description: Our client is a large property management and real estate development company based in Southfield Michigan. They have a portfolio that consists of both residential and commercial properties, and have had a strong reputation for over 50 years of business.
They are looking for a strong Staff Accountant to join their commercial property accountant group. They will be responsible for the accounting and finance operations for around 5-10 commercial properties. This will include: AP, AR, GL Entries, Journal Entries, ME close, bank reconciliations, CAM reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of full cycle accounting experience
- 1+ year exposure to CAM reconciliations
- 1+ year experience with Commercial Real Estate Company
- Bachelors Degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
