We are currently looking to hire a highly experienced Staff Accountant to join our unique Bookkeeping and Accounting firm. We are looking for that special someone who wants to become a dedicated member of our A to Z Helpers family team as a Staff Bookkeeper, and would like to grow and advance into a Supervisor or Management position.
Applicants must have exquisite time management skills and be able to use multiple Google Calendars at the same time to handle several clients day-to-day and monthly accounting work, and all while following our unique bookkeeping and communication processes which are designed to ensure:
- Each team member can seamlessly fill in and cover for each other when they need to be off.
- Clients never go without a bookkeeper by always having 2 bookkeepers on each client account.
- The highest level of accuracy, quality and timeliness of our services.
- A second set of eyes on each client's work.
- Great communication between the team and our clients.
