We are seeking a Recruiter Coordinator to join our team!
**Positions available in Statesville
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of recruiting and hiring efforts
- Manage Client relationships
- Direct point-of-contact for customers
- Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
- Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
- Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
- Be able to define, develop and implement recruiting strategies
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Emphasis on time management and quick response time
