Glacier West Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to fill a Full-Time Storage Position in the Puyallup area. Seeking career-minded candidates with experience in the field of property management and self storage.

We are offering an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Relief Property Manager, with great technical and people skills, to play a key role at our Glacier West Puyallyp Storage location in Washington.

Pay rate: $ 17.50 - 20.00 depending on experience + monthly and quarterly bonuses.

The duties of the Property Manager include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:

• Handling day to day operations of the facility.
• Providing excellent customer service experience.
• Completing leases for storage units and vehicle rentals.
• Answering calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Performing daily site checks.
• Assisting customers seeking storage units.
• Collecting and processing payments.
• Contacting delinquent occupants.
• Performing daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance.
• Property inspections.

Requirements:

• Management, Customer Service, Sales experience preferred.
• Required to have a valid DL and to be willing to travel.
• Self-Storage experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Outlook, online property management software.
• Light cleaning and maintenance experience.
