Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Configuration Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to support the Missile Defense Agency Targets and Countermeasures Directorate (MDA/TC) Reactive Target Simulation (RTS) team. The RTS team develops and evaluates models and simulations of the latest hypersonic vehicle concepts for MDA and other OSD stakeholders. You will work with a growing, highly talented team to control the inputs and outputs of hypersonic vehicle designs as well as the modeling and simulation software framework that drives the team's analysis products. You will also be responsible for the configuration management of all aspects of multiple, geographically dispersed modeling and simulation labs and associated analysis software configurations and HW/SW diagrams/drawings,.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing CONOPS and procedures for configuration management activities

• Chairing configuration management control boards

• Adjudicating SW functionality check-in and merges

• Certifying regression results of test cases

• Managing a shared Authoritative Source of Truth data repository

• Controlling program schedules and measuring progress to milestones

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelors Degree with 5+ years of experience

• Past experience performing CM functions

• Active Secret Security clearance

• Experience with industry standard configuration management tools, including GitLab

• Assertive leadership with proven track record of results

• Keen organization skills - able to prioritize work of self and others

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Familiarity with modeling and simulation environments

• Additional proficiencies in one or more of the following domain areas: property management, software development, databases, Missile Defense Agency

• Professional certifications a definite plus

Salary Range:

$81,500.00 - $142,600.00
